Mozilla’s main product, Firefox, has been an essential tool for users since its inception. However, with the recent influx of hi-tech browsers, Firefox was losing a little traction. As a non-profit company, Mozilla needed to monetize Firefox to continue developing and supporting it.

Enter My Tiles. We were tasked with conceptualizing a product that would engage the user when they opened a new tab. Our team developed several concepts, including My Utilities and My Analytics. These dashboard systems would take user data, such as recently browsed sites, and suggest widget-style utilities or provide beautifully arranged data to give users insight to their online behavior. Other features include the ability to set alerts in your browser and launch recommended websites.
