The Buddy Group, a leading media marketing company in Southern California, celebrated their 9th year in business with a full rebrand. Their new identity sought to portray a “Maverick” sensibility: a company that takes no bullsh*t and brings the heat to every challenge they face. The new brand mark takes inspiration from gothic calligraphy, modernizing the typeface and communicating their motto: Be the exception.

As a result of the rebrand, TBG needed a new website to match it. I created a clean, modern, 2-sided website that would incorporate modern web animations and responsive principles to contrast the bold branding. Big splashes of color, large typography, and clean grid lines feature TBG’s work, illustrations, social posts, and more.
