Vysta is the brainchild of Evolution Virtual, a digital 3D development and marketing agency in the real estate industry.

Finding a home on Zillow or Trulia isn’t always the best experience; not for buyers, agents, or home developers. Their approach is one-size-fits-all. Vysta aims to disrupt the home buying industry by prioritizing user experience, serving beautiful, high quality 3D search results, renderings, and important information to its users.

Vysta is a mobile-first, responsive web app. Unlike other search platforms, it leverages and empowers Agents to bring buyers onto the platform. Agents receive a white-labeled “portal”, where they can highlight their featured listings, easily communicate with clients, and receive state of the art marketing tools and information directly from developers.

In turn, developers receive high-quality buyers whose preferences and activity are translated into key market insights, not to mention property sales.

 
 

The complex relationship between the people in home buying required a sophisticated and targeted approach for each user type.

In order to begin defining features, we needed to explore the user personas involved. The experience is slightly different for each: the Agent, the Buyer, and the Developer. We developed each persona to capture the archetypes specifically within our first market: luxury condo sales in Miami, Florida.

The Vysta experience is truly defined by the visual design of the app. I developed a clean, custom logotype that could stand on its own, while also being versatile enough to pair with any agent’s or property’s logo.
